PT3/TIPT Faculty Technology Luncheon Seminar PT3/TIPT Faculty Technology Luncheon Seminar was held Friday, November 21, 2003 from 11:30 A.M.-1:30 P.M. at the Student Union (SU) Room 2592.
Berhane Teclehaimanot welcomed faculty members from all three years of the PT3. He thanked all participants as well as those involved with the planning and implementation aspects of the grant. Dr. Annette Lamb presented Dr. Teclehaimanot with a plaque recognizing his work with the project.

Speaker Dr. Roger Tipling from Southwest Missouri State University was introduced by Berhane Teclehaimanot. Dr. Tipling's talk titled "No Professor Left Behind" focused on the importance of integrating technology into university level courses.

Sharing and Interaction The luncheon provided opportunities for faculty members from all three years of the program from both the College of Education and the College of Arts and Sciences to share ideas and experiences.

Luncheon Seminar The luncheon seminar was sponsored by the US Department of Education "Preparing Tomorrow's Teachers to Use Technology" (PT3) Grant project. The project, entitled Teachers' Info-Port to Technology (TIPT) is a collaboration project among the Colleges of Education, Arts & Sciences, University College, and the Toledo Public Schools.
